A Wedding Necklace
This sculptural wedding necklace was one of my first commissions. Designed in concert with my client, this necklace was a surprise gift for his bride on their wedding day. He loved the marquis shape, and the idea of a statement piece. Here the marquis are cast as a couple, and linked together, undiminished in size around the necklace. The clasp is almost invisible, making the necklace a seamless ring, referencing their wedding bands.
